        "What Will You Say" is one of Jeff Buckley's most passionate songs. Even though it does not appear on any official release, many fans are familiar with the song's rich Eastern tones and personal lyrics.

        Jeff co-wrote the song with his good friend Chris Dowd: "This is the first ... he sang this to me over the phone and I never forgot it. Yes. We all know this. Everybody knows this fucking song."

        There has been some confusion about the song because the So Real bootleg had incorrectly labeled the song "Face."
